About Us



Vietnamese Americans Celebrating Freedom of the Washington DC Metropolitan Area, or Cong Dong Viet Nam, Hoa Thinh Don (CDVN) is a non-profit organization. We strive to help Vietnamese-Americans build a close knit community, to retain cultural traditions, and to educate youth about Vietnamese customs.

VACF is a special project of the community that coordinates and collaborates with local and regional Vietnamese cultural groups and organizations. Our objective is to participate as a unified community in the National Independence Day Parade. We have participated in the July 4th Parade since 1991.
